Portraits of Geri M. Davis for ArtCurrents.net

My wife Brenda Stevens has just finished an interview with esteemed local artist Geri M. Davis, which will be published in the October issue of Columbus Artists Magazine. I went along when Brenda visited Geri at her home and made these portraits in her studio, while she and Brenda talked. I wanted to travel light and work fast, so I used one off-camera flash

Recent Family Portraits: The Shapiros at Callaway

For over 30 years, I have been creating family portraits at Callaway Gardens. The Shapiros are special clients who call me each Spring to arrange a session. This year we worked at Mr. Cason’s Vegetable Garden, one of the best spots at Callaway for portraits. Note the wrist bands everyone is wearing, which denotes their ages and activities for Summer Family Adventure at Callaway; these will be removed before orders are filled.
